In the charming atmosphere of a watermill on the Breggia river, which can be reached from Bruzella on foot in 15 minutes, we will experience together a return to the past.
In a copper cauldron we will cook a polenta made from stone-ground Rosso del Ticino maize. In the meantime, we will visit the working mill and discover its secrets through stories and anecdotes of rural life in the valley and testimonies of rural civilisation.
Traditions, objects and constructions still exist thanks to the work and commitment of the Muggio Valley Ethnographic Museum.
